Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request its deletion, and how to revoke access to your connected social media accounts.

1. What Data We Store

Flowve and its products (including ClipFlow) store minimal data. Specifically:

Social media tokens (OAuth access tokens for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to Flowve's servers. Deleting or uninstalling ClipFlow removes these tokens from your machine.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, send an email to flowveapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

3. Revoking Social Media Access

You can revoke ClipFlow's access to your connected social media accounts at any time through each platform's settings:

Revoking access immediately prevents ClipFlow from interacting with your account on that platform.
