These Terms of Service apply to all products and services offered by Flowve, including ClipFlow. Please read them carefully before using our products.
By downloading, installing, or using any Flowve product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.
Flowve develops and distributes desktop software and related services for content creators. Our products include ClipFlow, a desktop application that enables users to schedule and publish video content to social media platforms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Flowve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your personal or commercial content creation purposes.
You may not:
Some features require a valid license or paid subscription. Your license is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these Terms.
ClipFlow interacts with third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). By using ClipFlow to post content to these platforms, you agree to comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
Flowve is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspension, content removal, or API access restriction.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been activated more than twice. To request a refund, contact flowveapp@gmail.com. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All intellectual property in Flowve's products is owned by Flowve. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Flowve intellectual property. You retain full ownership of any content you create and publish using our products.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by changes to third-party platform APIs, platform policy changes, or factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
